A Viper alarm. Not sure what the model nuber is but it has an LCD screen on the remote. The remote with signal when the alarm is set off and it will tell me why the alarm is going off. I'm getting a good deal at a local car audio shop for $330.

When/where's the Portland crowd doing meets? Been down here 6 months, and besides trips to ER, Evo's are rarer than Lambourghini's I think. (Seen 4 different lambo's, raced 1.. bad result after 120 MPH...)

Glad to see you are getting some sick rims. I used to live over by where you are, and know stuff happens over there too.

The alarm won't do much to be honest. If they can lift the car level you'll never know anything happened to it. And that's not hard to do. A garage is the best thing. Out of sight out of mind.

I had my first Evo stolen on one of the rare nights I didn't put it in the garage in an apartment complex. Never again. If you want my car now, you'll be moving a turbo diesel, then opening my garage (which is directly under my bedroom). Good luck

Best of luck for you man, love the rims and I hope somebody else doesn't jack those too. See you at one of the drives.

Arent you a OR state trooper? I seem to recall that you were in that line of work.

If so, they better hope they dont run into you anytime soon!

Not a state trooper, I'm a federal cop. I have too much of a personality to be a trooper. Those guys would give their own mothers a ticket.
