Wheels stolen

Well after a great weekend on the Evo run my neighbors woke me up early this morning to tell me my car was up on blocks and my wheels were gone. The wheels were Rota Grids, flat black 18x9.5 and Yokohama S drive tires 245 width. If you could keep an eye out on Craigslist and other areas I'd appreciate it.

Yeah I had wheel locks on. It dosen't appear to be random. I'm sure they scouted the car and planned ahead.

Maybe the insurance payout will be enough for some volks

...and some wheel locks.

Or buy some stockers and move to a place with a garage.

That sucks...so sorry to hear this!

Wheel locks are only a 'slight' inconvenience for anyone wanting to jack your wheels...if they want the wheels...they will be gone with or without them on.

QFT...that sucks! Too bad you didn't catch them during the act, man. Bet they didn't realize a cop owned the car. Any damage with the car resting on blocks? That would likely **** me off the most.

Best of luck, sir.

I say it's time to set up a security cam.

Sorry about that man. But look at the bright side, least you're getting better wheels now

Yeah, it's a good thing I didn't catch them. A little damage to the side skirts. I have USAA insurance, there covering the whole thing.

Sucks man. Been there done that though. Could have been worse:

1) they could have used no blocks and dropped the car on the sideskirts
2) they coudl have only taken two wheels.

#2 was an interesting conversation with the insurance company.....
