I had the ACT MB7-HDG6 with a streetlite flywheel installed into my Evo about 8 months ago and I'm a bit torn over it. The first week owning it SUCKED. I stalled my car more times breaking in that clutch than I did learning how to drive a stick. Once it was broke in and I got used to it I found it holds strong and works very well 90% of the time.
I have one main issue with it though....it absolutely blows when you try to get moving from a stop on a hill. I have to commute from one side of downtown Seattle to the other every day so I've had to modify the route I take to minimize the amount of steep hills I have to go up. Even using the e-brake (which I suck at and never had to use with any of my other manual vehicles), I always worried about stalling or rolling back into the car behind me (which is usually up my ***).
If I had to do it over again I would go with the MB7-HDSS with the OEM flywheel.

Ive been running a Spec stage 3+ for almost 3yrs now (50k miles) with no issues...it is loud at times but thats what u get once u go into performance clutches...I have heard horror storys about Spec clutches but so far ive had no problems...Ive put it through abuse too...multiple test n tune's and hard 5k launches, multiple track days (10+), tons of autocross abuse and the worst of all...the abuse of my gf's left foot haha...clutch is very solid and pressure is very slightly more than stock...its not the best clutch for traffic but it can be done

I have the ACT HDSS and a ACT racing flywheel. It does shudder sometimes because I dont' like to slip it much, but that's about it. My stocker lasted me like 75k and bet this one will last a long time as well.

Exedy triple for me. Som' batch can be touchy to engage, but I don't mind it much. If you aren't paying attention, you will stall it for sure. DD it in traffic from Monroe to Redmond and back again. Seattle would be a huge PITA!
