Honestly, it's all good. It's mostly my track car at this point anyway. Not to mention, it has little to no safety features. Front impact airbags and... yeah... lol
The wife drives the Lexus as her daily and I drive the Cooper S. MINI fits a baby seat just fine. Much softer of a ride, too.

I've heard that the Recaro and Sparco seats didnt get very good ratings overall (in terms of child seats, not "cool factor" in car circles).

I recommend the Chicco keyfit 30 for young kids... for older kids I haven't gotten there yet, but Brittax gets good ratings...but definitely don't have the cool factor of Recaros...
