Well im not sure if this is a world record but this happened last weekend in Japan, the wife caught this online last night and I just found this you tube video of it, 24 Ferrari's were either damaged or totaled in this accident this video show a couple that were involved.

What I want to know is, how does this even happen? 24 Ferraris all together on the freeway, all involved in the same crash.

 

Someone up front tried to pass a truck or other vehicle not in the group and somehow lost control and created this mess.....from what I heard.

According to Yahoo, it all started when one of the Ferarris tried to pass a Prius

 

They said on the news it was 12 cars, now its 24?

As far as most expensive, I think this multicar accident that happened earlier this year was more expensive overall. Well, based on my first read of the Ferrari pileup, which was estimated at ~$1 million in damages. With all the changes to the story, I don't know what level the damage assessment is at now.

 

Yeah I assumed it had to be a car club, but when you here the number #24 and ferrari, it sounds like one hell of a club and alot of $$

I guess I was incredulous because I so rarely see them as it is.
