read the rules again - the part about "willingness to ship" is in regards to the FS thread to include the seller's willingness to ship, or not.

I will think about shipping however I have done it before and it turned out to be a nightmare when I went through greyhound.

I will ship it through ups but u pay shipping and packaging material lol

I do have couple locals wanting it and wanting to make payments so if I can't sell it within a week locally then ill consider shipping It.
