Its an 03 black w/58k miles on it. Dealers said no mods, but I wanted to double check with locals before committing.

GL to the new owner 
have a good look through the engine bay, the air filter intake shouldnt be way out of whack like that. car looks clean though, just check the exhaust system for bolts that have been removed and replaced (you'll be able to see the marks)
stock springs still (at least black springs, looks stock though) so that's a plus as that's usually one of the earlier mods

you wouldn't have wanted that car. no wheels or tires. You should have spotted that Alex!
