Totaled?
On another positive, another Evo owner survives a wreck. These cars have reasonable survivability rate.
Your pictures are pretty hard to tell. All I can see is left apron, and left upper rail, maybe partial strut tower damage. How is the lower left frame rail? If that is buckled it's probably a goner with all the other damages combined.

I spoke with my dad the other night as I had the car towed down to my parent's place and he put the rear on my ramps and jacked the front up. The frame rails running down the driver and passenger side of the car look fine. The suspension control arms are all screwed up. The axles are torn off their boots (I don't know if the spline sections are still in the transmission and transfer case). I am assuming it was the transfer case fluid that puked itself up all over the interstate.
As can be seen in the picture, the part of the frame that is part of the top driver side of the engine bay forward of the strut tower is peeled up. The condition of the strut tower is still unknown.

It's not dead yet! The insurance investigator will take a look at it tomorrow and make a determination.
Also, any part out would be slow as I will have to rip the parts off myself and the car is located a good 1.5 hours from where I live. I can't exactly get to it on weekdays and on weekends I would rather be doing other things.
