So insurance guy is already at $13k and it is still climbing. Might lOok like a total but he doesnt know how to handle a total with the mods.
Also my dad was arguing with him in peraon more than i was over the phone. Haha

Pissing off your adjuster is pretty dumb. Just saying. Mods usually don't mean anything. A sheet can be written as if everything was stock value. You chose to modify your car and a lot of times depending on the policy, your mods are not included. It just depends.

Well he kept calling it a mitsubishi lancer and basically said he could replace the wheels with steelies if he wants.

So they valued my car at $23,XXX and the salvage of the vehicle at $11,XXX. So, it is a total loss.
Bleh, the difference won't even cover what I owe the bank.
I am not even sure if I could part the car out and cover that $11,XXX.
