Hey Guys,

Wife and I just recently purchased a 2014 Outlander Sport. So far everything is great except trying to change the keyless entry settings. The manual says to keep car off lights off, hold unlock for 4-10 seconds and then lock. After a few seconds, release unlock and then lock. There are supposed to be chimes to tell you the configuration of lights.

Any idea how to make this actually work?

Try setting the parking brake. We've found that necessary to access other settings, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same here.
