Just speculating but looking at HKSs website, it looks like the difference pertains to the engine/year:

I've had terrible experience with Nengun in the past. Just a word of caution for those who want to place an order, I'd consider going through an alternate channel. The guy is situated in the UK and just places orders to and from Japan to drop ship to your door so when it comes to customer service, there is none.
