Very quick question

I've been looking for tires (opened a previous thread a while back.) Well, I just drove home from work in some pretty nasty weather last night and it's time to speed the decision process up. I found some Nitto winter tires (same as on my wife's dodge caliber,) the problem is, the closest size I can find to find the stock wheels are 235/55/18. I know that will change the speedometer and be larger, but simply put, will this be ok to use without any major effects? I'd like to order ASAP, so thanks for any immediate feedback.

Thank you for your reply, I decided to take the plunge and order a 235/55/18 Nitto NT-SN2 winter tire. I actually found a post from 2013 about someone getting that specific size and all the information I needed.
