to mRVRsport: Sir, you have a nice system and more importantly a great talent showcased here.
Have you thought of designing custom pieces for the OS/ASX/RVR?
The first option that comes to my mind is an Audi RS type front grill (without the crossbar). I am sure many people would be interested in putting up one like that. I understand there might be a size limitation for that piece. Another idea: many people here want to retain the voice command feature of the stock radio units (basic or RF).
Additionally, the MMCS or any aftermarket touch screen modules are poorly visible in bright sunlight especially when the shade of the sunroof is open (due to the tilt angle of the screen). An integrated house with proper shading for a screen on top of the dashboard might also be an interest for some for a monitor for back up camera or a navi unit. The higher mount of a monitor would also be safer. How about these oversized wheel arch plastic inserts that would give a more rugged look? I think there was a thread about this earlier. Besides challenging your creativity you may turn this hobby of yours to some low volume profit.

I have thought of many things to design for our OS/ASX/RVR!
My only limitation currently is my build volume on my printer -
It's 8" W x 8" H x 10" D :: ~ 200mm x 200mm x 250mm
So, I can only print items bound within those dimensions. ( I can tweak the arrangement of some items to accommodate a 13" Depth print, but not for everything.)
Also, there's a issue with material integrity... I'm currently just using PLA filament which is great for prototyping, but it most likely will not hold up in Texas heat.
I really would have to start using ABS or PETG filament stock to make usable/function items for a vehicle environment. More cost in filaments And it requires much higher temperature ranges to use those... which would nessecitate a total re-build of a new printer (with all steel or aluminum frame to withstand the higher heat requirements, during the printing process.)
On my future To-Try list:
1. An integrated dash cluster. Either for the center console, above the vents or something to add to either side of the speedo pod.
2. A more aggressive fog light housing. Something similar to these >
