center armrest

Has anyone redone the center armrest to make it a little softer. Unrest my elbows on it when I drive and it's not very padded. Wondering how hard it would be to stuff it with material and recover it??

I like this thing, but it is a little expensive to not know for sure how it works. That pad would work but i also think the scoping steering wheel could do to come a little further out as my elbow is right on the edge. Ill see if anyone has tried this thing i posted. If not I migth try it out
