How do I get the sport mode? Or do the American OS already have that as standard with the paddles?

I think when I test drove back in Feb that the es I drove did not have paddleshifters or maybe even didn't have the slap shift manual mode. My se however did. The paddle shifters aren't on the wheel so they don't travel with you on turns(bummer). I have found it very useful to simulate the gears when traversing large mountains to keep a consistent rpm with power. Sometimes it likes to get rather low in the rpms and our mountains in this area are fun and curvy like a canyon so I like having the ability to pick a lower gear.

I live on the wv border. I have family down in the wv mountains I visit every month. Ohio is nice and flat and I rarely ever use the paddles here. Only to have fun.

Oh. When I was in Ohio, you could watch your dog run away for three days it was so flat.

There's a drastic difference in Ohio terrain between the ohio river and by the time you go about 1.5-2 hours west. It does get very flat, however around the river you'll struggle to find more than an acre of ground that's flat.
Buddy of mine has a 15 ES with no paddles, our 14SE has them. So I assume that's the same thing or is the sport mode?

We live along the ohio. It has some decent sized hills. Nothing like the bigger mountains the wind for a few minutes down in wv. I think that thr sport mode is being able to select your own mock gear via paddles or manual mode on the shifter? I havent seen these equipped like an automatic car that allows you to choose eco normal or sport mode to adjust things like responsiveness, when the car shifts, and steering feel. That is what most sport modes are.
