Problem Checking Voice Guidance SW Version

So on my 2011 RVR SE, I follow these steps: http://www.mitsubishifuse.com/support.taf?p=7&n=1#howTo and it does not work. No SW version reported back. What am I doing wrong?

I tried that, too, but I guess I missed the part about "one minute after starting engine.....".
