Anyone try swapping the reflectors for these? http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Red-L...050374751.html

Or better yet! These ones - white/red and combos! http://www.aliexpress.com/item/2X-Cl...323270847.html Once I pour over the electrical hookup I might just take a flyer on these. Even if they don't work they would look better than my red reflectors.

I wish they had something like that for my 2014. Especially with the reverse lights included.
...But then again, it probably wouldn't withstand the washup from the rear tire well. My father bought a GMC Envoy brand new in '03, the reverse lights were in a similar location, and they were full of water in less than two years.

And there is the blackout version (would look great on a black car!) http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/181264336668?item=181264336668&lgeo=1&vectorid=229466&rmvSB=true

You've seen the red LED versions I take it? I don't know if they have a clear/red combo but a search on Aliexpress might find you some.

As for leaks, yeah, I guess - but they look to be sealed. In any case they will still reflect. And look white on my pearl white car.

I've had mine for almost two years now and they're still working fine.

When I read 3rd brake flasher I did not bother looking at the video. Clearly you have a non-North American vehicle (rear fog etc.). I was specifically interested in replacement, not factory. Is it all factory or did you install this yourself? If so, I am most interested in knowing how you installed the LEDs in place of the bumper reflectors and how they are wired. I know you have to tie into the brake light wiring in the liftgate as well as the reverse in the rear quarter panel. As you might imagine, this is nigh-on impossible to get done at a dealer or autobody place.

when i had them on my last car, it was a simple 10-15 minute install (mine didnt have the reverse function)
3 wires (power, brake, ground) that i tapped into one tail light.

the right reflector connected to the left reflector, then the left reflector connected to the tail light.
they are installed to the body of the car exactly how the oem's are installed and the wire just runs behind the bumper.

Useful info - thanks! I would not have thought about daisy-chaining them! DOH! However I cannot see any way to get to the existing reflectors without removing the bumper fascia.
