Dyno Tuning the O.S.
if they can then I can have the stock tune re flashed on it at MDR, and just drive it conservatively over to the dealer to have the work done. The guy at the deal told me last time, I know you have a tune, and I just told him no I don't I just have bolt on's you can check it. BUt he had no idea and the guy working on the car said nothing.

you can flash a stock tune and take it back to the dealer, but if they are able to see a checksum value that indicates the car has been flashed more than it should (original flash and any updates), then you could be screwed out of certain warranty work due to this.
i didn't care on my Evo, but with the OS offering such a nice long warranty, i would want to make sure before i go flashing.
I think I'm going to copy some of those mods...I'd very much like to black out my silver cross bar and move my license plate too....but I think I'll hold off on cams and flashing, since they'll probably know I did it. My service dept. doesn't care about intakes and such as long as it's a legit company - I had to take my homemade ghetto intake off and go back to stock for a bit since I'm getting some hail damage repaired along with some routine service.
If it's a typical low reading Mustang Dyno it is about 30% below crank HP values which means you are probably right around 190 crank horsepower now. I know when I baseline tuned mine it was around 100 whp stock and 110 whp with drop in air filter and basic tune.
This should light a fire under me to get mine on the Dyno, nice work!
