USB Port/Bluetooth Issues

Hey all,

Just curious if anyone else has come across this on their RVR/Outlander Sport/ASX. On my 2013, I have the basic radio (Not the nav) and during playback with the USB flash drives, it'll just randomly disconnect and within a couple seconds it will reconnect. A couple months goes by and I was on a conference call with my work via bluetooth and found that it was doing the same thing, dropping bluetooth sporadically. I took the RVR into Mitsu and they have a new bluetooth controller on order.

Just curious if anyone else experienced this at all. Just FYI - I had tried multiple phones via bluetooth and multiple USB flash drives.

It happens to me that the stereo (the touch screen unit) play songs from my iPod randomly... even though I'm playing a list of songs from a playlist....I couldn't figure it out...
Mine is a 3rd gen iPod touch with the most updated firmware...
Connecting using an iPod usb cable.
still not working correctly.

Does any of you have this problem?

No issues whatsoever using BT to connect to Samsung phones (3 of them). Dam that Apple crap!

Yes. Our BT Samsung phones stream music AND can manage calls via the speaker/mic system simultaneously.

we use a USB flashdrive for music - better sound quality than Bluetooth, and faster loading than the crappy stereo's handling of an iPod.

Factory car stereos just ain't good enough to notice much diff. I have to say, for a 2011 stock radio the RVR's is pretty decent.

RF system sounds great. unfortunately, the interface/ipod control is crap.

+1... I have the same problem with the USB.. At time it would just hang on a song and reboot itself.
