Importing an ASX/Clone?

I've seen the Peugeot OS/ASX clone in Europe, but wonder if anyone has ever seen on on this side of the pond? There seems to be a market for funky Japanese (Delica) or other vehicles up here but I wonder if anyone has ever seen an ASX/Citroen/Peugeot here?

I love older cars that have good style and decent performance like those.
