CVT judder around 20mph

First, I know about the recall, over the phone the dealer stated mine is not an affected VIN as does the Mitsubishi website.

It seems to have just developed at the 3300 mile mark. It's most prominent in slower stop and go traffic. Its to a point even my wife noticed it as a passenger. If I accelerate fairly hard it doesn't happen. I have an appointment next Wednesday to get it checked out.

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this on their 2015 OS? Searching the web, juddering seems to affect every car manufacturer with CVT, so maybe it's just the nature of the beast, but boy does it feel disconcerting.

my O.Sport would shutter to the point that i had to let off the throttle in the middle of an intersection because it felt as though something was going to fall out from underneath the car. Borderline whiplash and im not bull****ting either

A couple questions... When did it start?Did it get worse over time and has the software update fixed it?

Lots of mfgs. use the Jatco CVTs but the Mits line seems to not be generally affected. You might just be unlucky.

Here are the threads i have started on this topic. It started almost as soon as we got it home with 20 miles and the flash does seem to have put a band aid on the issue but now when i drive it i feel like I'm in a constant detective mode trying to feel any kind of jitter

Of course dealership couldn't replicate the judder. It hasn't gotten worse and I may notice it 2-3 times a week. The dealer wouldn't do the software update since my vin isn't listed, but they did some other TSB related to judder at low speeds, but that doesn't seem to have helped the judder around 20mph.

Since I have a Jatco-equipped ( and partially cursed) CVT, here's a suggestion: get you phone and VIDEO the vibration/juddering and take THAT to Mits/dealer. The Pathfinder guys do this all the time.
