Are you looking for OEM replacement parts or are you trying to construct an aftermarket intake?

Yes, OEM is a fairly common term around here (and other automotive forums, etc.). It stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, and means "stock".

As for the rest of your inquiry, I can't offer any assistance. I will, however, say that I'm very happy with my Takeda SRI if you decide to go with a kit.

Unless you are capable of welding in the MAF boss into the intake at the correct angle, the answer is no. You can't just go out and get tube, form it down (or up) with the correct bends position unless you are very good with bending equipment and setting angles.
The Takeda or RRM intake for your model are the best bet. I believe only Road Race motorsports has the blanks to make has already made a batch of intakes that have the correct MAF mounting boss for your application.
