I keep seeing this clean GG around in various spots. License plate V-YIP if I remember right. Huge APR spoiler and CWII hood. Not my style, but super clean.

Phantom Black, I don't have an external wastegate, but I did pass a black IX going the opposite direction so maybe it was him.

No, I have just seen other Evo's in passing. I did drive next to you and a couple of other Evos, a S13 and a B13 sentra on the way to the Golden Gardens meet, but I was in my Trailblazer SS on the way to Camano.
I think we live pretty close to each other, the wife sees you driving down Marvin when she is running.

spotted a silver evo by the UofM, and a yellow evo in my driveway

 

Saw two evo's yesterday! GG evo 9 heading up towards stevens pass and a RR 8 with roof rack headed up on my way down! Nice to see some fellow boarders!

 

Yesterday saw a Black VIII on East bound Hwy 512 around S. Hill. I was the AS IX with white Volks.
