Hahaha, I don't want to argue that much with you Chris. Just want to let other knows what I seen on the magazine. I wish my text book is like the Option, dang I will score like 4.0 every time.
Glad that you found out about the RE-11.

Hey, do you guys feel vibrations when you drive normally from 2k RPM to 3k RPM?
I do with Greddy TI + 3" DP + Test pipe.
I asked this guy from W1, he told me something that can help to reduce it's vibrations that we can feel in the car, but I forgot what it is

I'm going to come and hangout on Saturday for sure, what time is early?
When the Albert came to SLC for a bunch of custom tunes the first time it was a classic experience. He told everyone how their parts were crap if it wasn't Buschur. But his most classic line came at the end of the day, around 11 PM after his last tune. He had a pocket FULL of hundreds from custom tunes and he asked "are there any good hookers up by the airforce base"

Yeah Al does have his quirks but he was situationally funny on his trip out here .

So it turns out that the magic 94 octane from Cenex in Auburn has a fair amount of alcohol in it. After I had my tune all dialed in around 11.7-11.5 AFR's on the Cenex 94 I found myself in Redmond on my gas light. So on my way home I stopped at a Chevron and put in some 92. I was interested to see if I would get any knock or such on the 92 so i made a few pulls on the way home and logged the data...
On my first pull the car was much slower than it had been, and I thought that there must be some knockage pulling timing. But I didn't have my CEL flash at me (it's programed to flash if the engine knocks - ftmfw). I made another pull to to be sure and it felt kinda lame also. So when I got home i reviewed the logs and the 92 Chevron had lowered my AFR's in the mid 10's, around a point lower.
I made a post in the ECUflash area and JB confirmed that the Cenex has a lot of alcohol in it. So if your car isn't tuned for that gas beware. I think I'm going to continue to base my tuning on it, because if I gas up other places it just richens up my tune - no big deal.
I still can't believe the seat of the pants difference between the two.

Its not necessarily that your AFRs got richer...its that the wideband is calibrated for pure gasoline. If you put in something with a mixture of alchohol then the wideband isn't properly calibrated for that mixture....thus the readings are different. If you look in the wideband manual they usually have different settings for different types of fuel. If you actually measured the amount of fuel coming into the engine in both cases it's more than likely the same.
