Best of luck jid! What is that on top of your car. I assume GPS for something but I'm guessing nothing as simple as nav, sat radio, etc. Is it for car data of some sort? I was wondering if that was the recommended location for whatever it is for.

*edit - btw would you manufacture/sell the jid flat bottom, or is that secret sauce material?

Sorry Dan that I'm making the Magnus such a hard decision to drop off the list Its worth it for what we do with the car with this turbo. It is worth 30whp on a bigger turbo though and probably in the neighborhood of 15-20 on a stock turbo from what I have seen.

They work though and thats the important part.

GPS data logger: lap times, G's, speed, and lots of analysis power.

The flat bottom is just aluminum and ABS - no secret sauce.

Thanks for the info, that is what I figured it must be (the GPS data logger).

Re: the secret sauce, I think you took 'material' too literally. I was asking if you would manufacture/sell them. I bought the lowering seat kit from you, which is why I was asking. Worst case, have you shared the info on the flat bottom, or would you?

I would really like to have those seat lowering brackets being 6'4. I have an Alpine PDX amp under my seat though and I think it would interfere with the seat.

Btw Dan if you decide you can't find use for them NT05's I can buy them back I'm still kicking my *** for selling parts too soon....oh well.

I don't feel like building more flat-bottoms, so I'm fine with sharing info.

Even lowered the seats have a bunch of clearance left under them. The factory amp in the SSL's fits with boat loads of extra space.

Interesting....looks like I will go out and do some measuring.

Edit: how much are a set of these brackets going for now a days...for some reason it showed your vendor thread not available.

You dirty little hee-ore. I was just trying to figure out how I could scrounge money for that Magnus cast intake... Let me think about it and get back to you. As a side note, the tires are in the exact same condition as when I picked them up - stickers and all. Haven't had time to install them.

Thanks, Jid. I might hit you up sometime but I'm still a ways off (keep dropping time/money on power as opposed to suspension/aero, which will likely end up catching up with me...)

Rigth...you're sorry. Well it is still on the back burner - just gotta try and figure out the funding.

BTW - what is a general ETA for the turbos to come in? I'll send you some mail with a couple more questions. Thanks!
