Spotted in Oregon
Saw a Blue IIIV w/o rear wing last week at the corner of Gateway and Harlow by the Gateway Mall. Late post I know, but I think it was Last Wednesday. First time I had seen that one.
In Springtucky.

I hardly ever see evos anymore. The number of sti's i have been seeing has been increasing though. I see them almost daily. I live in Albany and the only evo I have ever seen in the area was one on its way to Corvallis last winter.
Seen In Portland:
GG VIII with an unusual medium sized wing parked on NE 33rd Ave on the street for a few weeks straight, but not anymore lately.
A clean LY IX with JDM rear on Columbia Blvd awhile back.
White VIII with black stock wheels.
A black Evo, couldn't tell/don't remember if it was a VIII or IX I think VIII, parked on Hawthorne last Monday.
I see tons of Subies all the time because I work right next to Rallytek, and just down the street from Horsepower Freaks.
If you see a RR VIII, wingless with a Yakima snowboard rack, that's probably me so wave and say hi.

Silver 8? with five spoke wheels and non-OEM wing vicinity of SW Wilsonville road on Tuesday late morning. Think there was a X at Fry's too but the Evo X / Ralliart/ plain Lancer just aren't that individually distinctive to me compared with prior evos.
