Exclamation Looking for cars to sound record, free dyno

Hey guys, I'm looking for cars to record in the Portland area for use in the Forza Motorsport games. If you have or know someone who has a cool sounding car, let me know! I will put their car on the dyno and record the sounds of the engine under load.

The details:
Friday March 9th, Portland area (I will PM exact times and location to those that might work out, this is a private facility so I can't say publicly.)

What's in it for you: You'll have your name in the credits of a future title for helping us collect content as well as receive a free copy of Forza 4 and any other swag I can dig up. You'll also get a dyno power pull print out and get to see the process which is kinda neat.

I'm looking for 3-4 cars but please keep in mind that we have recorded hundreds upon hundreds of cars in this fashion, so if I'm not interested, it's not because your car isn't cool, only that I have already captured it's sounds.

Thanks!

-Adam

Just to be clear, are you looking to record an Evo on the dyno or are you fishing for a particular car/cars that someone might own as well on here? Granted, this is a (mostly) Evo forum, I'd hope that Evo's are still on your to-record list? Are there particular mods that a potential candidate must have to meet your interests?

Thanks in advance.

A really high HP car with a big huge turbo would be awesome for this session. Our evo recordings are all pretty mild cars and are getting pretty outdated. I'm open to any other car types as well though.

If you guys ever get around to doing more of this in the future (and or closer to Redmond) let me know. Right now the car is stuck undergoing a drivetrain swap. I have an Evo 6 with a TME turbo and I'm currently working on the SAS anti-lag system as well.

I've got a 420hp Evo IX, running a 3" stainless exhaust with an 02 dump. I also have speed density on the car instead of a MAF, so there's a lot of 'air' noise from the turbo/diverter valve. The car sounds great to me.

On my E85 tune the car backfires well on decel, giving the idea of anti lag. (Shoots flames too )

I live in the Portland area and would love to have the car sounds in the game!

I just sourced parts for the SAS system this week. I'm guessing I'll get the parts in about a month. Who's doing your tuning for it?
