Feeler: Everett WA Mitsubishi Meet
agreed dealerships are never nice to cars. I was once passed on the freeway by not only 1 but 3 mini vans that's flew past me and I was cruzin at like 75mph all with dealer plates.
I don't know what car is in question with this issue but if it was and evo it does not have a timing chain and more or less I would expect the dealer to flat bed my car if they were taking it all the way to Seattle, not to mention why the Everett techs couldn't diagnose the issue.
Anyway long story short not sure this is something I'm willing to miss work for.

Wha the **** does that mean? Meaning she realizes it might have been coincidental and not necessarily their fault and:
- was too harsh and would like to do the ol' John Kerry flip flop
- that she is giving them another chance
- she's a woman (i.e. - she changed her mind)
- other?
I agree with Alex btw and for mgmt at a dealer/parts dept to think differently means they are naive. That said, I'm still not opposed to showing up for the meet.

The 'issue' was brought up so they had a chance to take care of it prior to the event.
Yes, some workers drive the cars hard, but that is the character of those workers, which is not all. Some actually respect their job and clients. As with everything, there is good and there is bad. Those friends that drive clients' cars hard, should be more respectful.
**EDIT** Just saw you updated the first post... I'm making a new thread so it's clean...
HarrisMitsu, please post a new thread for the event or get me the finalized information and I will post one. I need to be able to spread the word with confidence this is truly going to take place.

I was a bit bothered by her facebook post about this dealership. She made some harsh accusations without much detail. Not a good idea to do that until the issue at hand is dead, one way or another. Seems their reasoning behind the miles and clutch are valid as well.
Is anyone North of Burlington/Mt Vernon going to this? Myself and the rest of the guys on Whidbey were thinking of meeting at the Best Buy if there was anyone else from up North that wanted to convoy down.
