Precision Dyno-Restructured

Current customers and future clientel,
Precision Dyno is in the midst of many changes, one thing included is our new shop, which is only 15 minuets north of our previous location. The shop is an incredible step up from the last.
In the restructuring process we have elected to make even further changes. I, Nick#2, will be in charge of all sales and customer relations from here on out. I will also be taken the name of "Precision Dyno" on the forums and will only be checking my other account "Nick@Precision" for the next couple of weeks. "Precision Dyno" is now my domain name and will continue to be in the future.
Nick#1 will be focusing strictly on his current goals and aspirations, and what he has always done so well; building and tuning race cars. He is still here, you just have to be at the shop or wherever we may be at the time in the United States to find him.
Our website is in the works and should be up very shortly where you will find all our services and products that we sell. We will be building anything and everything that has to do with the Evolution with our new machinery. I will post about all our new products as they come.
All these changes are for the good of our business. It is our duty to serve our current and future customers with quality workmanship and grade A customer service. I look forward to doing business with you

-Nick

Nick, let me give you some words of advice to use in your new position. This advice is priceless. I used it for over ten years running my two hobby stores in tucson. Desi and I made it to the top and sold them for several hundreds of thousands of dollars. It will get you through the hard times, put food on the table and make you a nice living. Problem is that most people put $$$ ahead of this advice........some people think that the customer is stupid. They dont realize that customers will come to you then go elswhere to verify what they just got. They need that reassurance. No one knows why. they just do. If you are always honnest and true to your customers, no matter how much money you could loose on a deal, you will never get caught in a customers cross examination of your company. Most people as i have said, cant do this. The prospect of loosing that $400 tune or whatever else, isnt an option. If you choose not to make this an option, you will fail. Your business will die and fade away. There is no other line of work that cross examins as much as i have ever seen, that exists here. I think you know what i mean, and i think you know why. Step up or step out....................welcome to the real world........RRR
