Just a little heads up, we have finally got the first results of our stroker kit on a customers car with our 62-1 turbo kit setup. I apologize I do not have the dyno graph on hand but it will be up tomorrow. Full boost by 4200rpm, 19psi, 93 pump gas on our Mustang Dyno: made 416whp/362lbs of torque. We are tuning it for alcohol tomorrow with much more boost!!! Stayed Tuned!
PS: Keep in mind, this is not completely tuned!

19psi, WOW! so what will 416/365 translate into on a big number dynojet???

Our stroker kit has many proprietary parts that have taken time to produce due to our specific application. The pistons we use took months to develop for our stroker kit. Our head gasket is also a custom piece, due to our strokers specific bore size. Our kit also includes a new water pump and oil pump. We also incorporate a brand new 4G64 crank. This is a true 2.3L stroker kit.
The assembly is completely balanced and blue-printed, machined and deburred prior to its assembly. Everything in our stroker kit was developed specifically around our custom pistons. These are not off the shelf pistons, nor the rods in our assembly.
The price is only $3500, includes EVERYTHING you would need aside from the headstuds. Our install price is $500 dollars. You are looking at around $4100 installed including the entire shortblock, with all relevant gaskets, seals, and headstuds. This is an offer you will not beat, hands down. Any other questions just give me a call, I will answer any and all your questions.

So it may be ported and polished for the head but umm.... how much to do the valvetrain to gain the true benefits for the ported head.

The valve springs and retainers are $250, there is no charge for the install because we have to take the entire head apart anyways. If you want oversized valves then the cost $320 and $75 for the install because we have to open up the seats.

Nick this sounds real tempting. Whats the downtime for this entire build, from dropping off the car to having everything installed and tuned?

Also will you have these parts on your shop car so that potential customers can perhaps test drive it in order to help the decision making process?

Reason you don't use Ferrea springs and retainers, or Supertech?

Humm that seems like an awefully fast turnaround, I imagine you would have pretty much all the parts on hand. Is all the machining done in house or is it outsourced?

So to get the job done in three days including installation and tuning you must be working on the car around the clock huh?

Dang I'm itching to whip out the credit card and take advantage of my available $40,000 credit line to do the full 2.3L bottom end, and Shearer/AMS GT35R kit too... but I must be good right now....

We just moved into our new shop so we do, in fact, outsource our machine work. The guy we use is our very good friend and will be doing our work from here on out. He is truely amazing at what he does.
We do work around the clock, we do not like to leave our customers without their cars for an extended period of time. To do the shortblock install and tune, will only require 3 days, with an appointment. We have more guys on hand now so all our installs get finished in a timely matter.
