Precision Dyno Shortblock Released!!!

Hello All,
I am very pleased to announce the arrival of our custom shortblock for the Evolution!!! The shortblock was finished on Monday and all I can say is it is definitely a thing of beauty. Our custom built shortblocks will be available to all right away! The testing results will be ready by early next week as we are finishing the engine build this week. I will post the results as soon as they are ready!! This shortblock will make you Tons of Power!

Precision Dyno Shortblock 2.3L Stroker Kit
-2.3 L
-4G64 100mm crank
-Custom made pistons to handle the load given on the rods & higher lift camshafts
-Custom fit rings
-PD Tuning H-Beam Rods
-New water pump
-New oil pump
-New oil pan
-New Pick-up screen
-New scatter shield
-Balance shafts removed
-Balanced Blue-Printed Assembly

$3500 W/ Core
$4500 Without

Not to ask a silly question, but have you tested that block with high lift cams? I remember Buschur ran into problems with the piston design on their first one with Al's high lift JUN cams (IIRC).

Yes, the pistons on this shortblock are capable of the higher lift cams on the market, up to 12mm. We specifically are using these pistons for that reason

Those are the same pistons that are on the Jackson stroker in my shop right now. Wiseco??? Who's rods are you putting your name on??? Eagle???? Just curious... RRR

Damn, looks exactly like Scotts JAM short block, very nice. Time to blow up my engine and have an excuse to get this stroker. Hey Ray, got place for another car in your yard?

btw....will a blown engine be as good as a not blown engine for stroker kit??

The stroker kit looks great Nick! Is that the same block that is going in the red evo, you were showing me when I stopped in? I cant wait to see how that car does when your done with it. By the way man the new shop looks great!!
