great all that is needed is a cyl head pistons rods drivetrain and block that can handle 2500 hp
seriously though thats good peice of mind for people that are getting crazy with the power

It can be made, But for what purpose? And I hope it would not be used with a standard bore 2.0l Block!

Nope, I would put it in a 4g64 block with a 87MM bore (20 over).

Is 102MM too big of a stroke?

Actually its not. The bore size I would increase to an 88 though. If you need som info call me. I would be more than happy to help you over the phone. If I rememeber correctly the SRT4 runs a 101 mm stroke with 87.5 mm bore.
You are right on target with a good deck height to start.

I believe the crank shown is machined out of a solid piece of billet by a local machine shop that Precision Dyno uses. I've seen it and it truly is a work of art. Nick is amazing at what he does (tuning and engineering of parts).
