I wonder what kind of wiring you'd have to do to make this work. i.e., if there are any proprietary harnesses that are required to retrofit this.

I hate to say it but without the wiring harnesses being sold with it, it's almost worthless. I've been trying to do this upgrade for the past year now and the wiring harnesses are a huge problem. I'd recommend that if you are considering selling it you include those harnesses.

That being said, if you are including those harnesses, PM me the asking price.
