Yea man it sucks for owners who put so much work on a car and end up selling it because all the mods doesn't make the car more expensive. The more money they put on there car doesn't make there car more expensive in the blue book which really sucks. Its a huge investment to put all those parts in a car and it better last you a LONG TIME lol. But yea back on track I like the SI EXCEPT that shifter when I first saw I thought it was a custom job because it was so unique yet ugly haha.

 

Are ralliarts japanese built? because i dont want no american trash building my future car. no offense on white people and americans i just dont like how they build cars. AMERICA ROCKS!

 

the 04 civic si is pathetic. the seats are nice, the shifter is cool, it looks cool ... i raced one gave him 2 car lengths, beat him very bad, so why not just buy turbo ??!! plus the I-VTEC in the new si is 100% garbage. its all about b and h series motor dohc vtec tried and true motors.

si motor is bad.. its a gas saving motor...unless you do a type s conversion, the top end power isn't that great...it takes 5 years to get from 80 to 120....my friend has one.......it costs about a grand more to do the type s conversion (he's working on it as we speek...dedicated in the night)

 

To many fan boys in here. I owned a 03 civic si before i bought the Evo and LOVED IT. Its a awesome car. If you never drove 1 then why even comment about how honda sucks? The fit and finish blows aways mitsubishis. Also the k20a engines are so much better then the b and h motors, it has some kinda torque compared to none. Anyways, youre gonna love the car man, just get the cybernation turbo kit and your straight. Also you should, if you havent already, check out EPhatch.com or K-series.com good sites for the car.

 

The Lancer series is all builted in Japan, you can tell by looking at the first letter of the VIN, if it is a "J" then its Japan and "4" for made in da USA like the Gallant, Outlander and Montero.

dude.. ive seen a hatchback locally at ontario cali smoke an evo.. he probably had a well built swap in. The si is a nice car you cant really go wrong if your trading it stock but how much are you getting for the lancer... imo i think the si is pretty nice car... all the ricer hondas suck but i like the s2k and si pretty good cars. The lancer is cool but from the box the si better.. unless you threw a turbo in mr lancer then that vtec wont do you much... why not get a ralliart? heh you will get a better deal and you will still be part of us..
