1. Can I use my stock cat with this?
2. The exhaust hasn't been damaged or has any visible scars/ leaks?

You can't use the stock cat unless you weld flanges on the ends of the downpipe and cat-back.

The exhaust is used so it does have some scratches here and there. But it is an exhaust. It sees rain, dirt, rocks. So it's tough not to have a ding here or there. It's under the car, what do you expect.
