It's stainless steel. I have the old clamps but you will most likely have to get new ones. I can send the old clamps with it just in case you want to reuse them. I don't have any recent pictures and don't have a digicam with me. I can tell you that the only thing that has changed is that the rear hanger was re-welded to the bottom of the pipe. This was a design flaw when the exhaust first came out. It's a slip fit exhaust so basically the only hardware you need is what is on the car now hlding your existing DP and the clamps.

I drive a lot on gravel and dirt roads. I wanted to switch from slip fit to flanged to avoid any loosening or rattling. Plus, I wanted to try some others out there.
