"Junk Box" Evo 2012 Build!!!!
My car weighs 2605 with out me in it. With me in it its around 2790. I weigh around 185-190. It pretty light but there so much more i can prolly take out of it but i dont want to go that crazy. The stock trunk weighs so much its ridiculous lol. Im getting a Carbon Fiber trunk real soon so that will help save some weight!
Also not to mention the NRG seats!

I wish i had the money for the NRG but funds for me are getting tight so i went with the single sparco. we might have to borrow your seat and put in my car so i can take you for a ride when i come out. or maybe ill just throw you the keys.
Dam 2605 with a full interior thats sick! your almost at my goal and were able to keep you interior. Dam! Ive only got one seat and a whole bunch of metal in my interior lol. Still need a seatbelt. Trying to find an adapter to hook the stock seatbelt clip to my sparco seat. I almost was going to do carbon but the turnk and hood on my RS are just as light as carbon, sometimes my trunk doesnt want to shut. lol

I was looking at the Sparco seats as well. Cant go wrong with those. Im just leaning towards the NRG seats. I need to get them in before i bring the car to the chassis shop to get the cage done
It has full interior right now. When i go racing i take out the passenger seat and the rear seats. Since there will be a cage going in the car in January, ill most likely leave the back seats out since no one is going to go back there ya know. I can pull more weight by getting rid of the front window motors, pulling all the panels off, removing the headliner and going to carbon doors/fenders but i dont need to do that. Car will go 8s the way it sits at this weight.

never been in a 800hp evo, been in 600hp but your on a whole new level. Ill just go for a ride first and enjoy being stuck in my seat at 40+psi
but i def can throw you the keys to my car, but youll feel like your driving a truck compared to your evo

Over 900 on the Dyno jet. Thats the plan and it should be no problem hittinig those numbers. It wont be that bad, your going to be on the stock turbo and your going to spool instant while i wait for mine hahaha

Its crazy man. My car made 777whp on the Mustang dyno on 40psi. Put the Evo 8 head on with the STM 650 cams and never went back again with more boost. With the 8 head and 650 cams i think my car was around 800 on the Mustang. The car def felt like it haha
Which out here is like 12 percent difference so it was around 860ish on the dynojet.
Now im going to the 6766 and i plan to be around 840-850 on the Mustang Dyno. Over 900 on the Dyno jet. Thats the plan and it should be no problem hittinig those numbers. It wont be that bad, your going to be on the stock turbo and your going to spool instant while i wait for mine hahaha

I have no doubt with the changes you made you break 850, who knows maybe throw a lil E98 in it and see how far you can go
I know your not dyno number hunting but a lil more couldnt hurt at the track. Make sure you take some videos of it on the dyno! I was watching your other video and i saw you breaking the rear loose jus a little bit already! Keep her strapped down! I want that matching 8 time slip with my 9 sec passDam now i want a 8 head. I know i cant run STM 650s but ill keep that in mind when i build the motor! And yea i only go by Mustang Numbers when i tune, But i can wait for a ride in that, when boost hits on that it must be amazing, smile the whole time probably!

But i ran 9.7s on the mivec on the Fp Black in 2010 and this year 9.17 on the mivec.I plan on throwing some E98 this year and up it a little bit. I have had bad luck on the dyno couple times this year. So i decided to finish up the tune at the track. Which we did and i ended up going 9.13 as my best pass with the best trap of 163.9!
Could have gone 8s but ran out of time which sucked. I am def going to put it on the dyno in the spring again 100 percent! With the new parts it should go back on the dyno so thats the plan! No doubt were going to have the 8 sec and 9 sec timeslips next season!

Yea thats the best thing i did was go to the Evo 8 head. I was running the 2 step colder plugs for the mivec head and it was a 150 bucks a set

My bad Joey! Just excited to come out racing with you and Jason in SpringGoing for the Stock Turbo Record STM set of 10.14, but i want a 9.99! thats the goal. Im going to either make it or brake. Hopefully make it! But this thread is about joey, if you want more info check out my build thread Anti-Lag in evo show and shine, trying to stay on topic of joeys car and racing with him, but i tend to pull him off topic
