Yes, my friend. I followed (and continue to follow) your thread very closely. I am glad that I, too, can be an EF4 owner to put the MAP name further out there here in Arizona.

I received my Forced Performance in-line oil filter today. Great. The only thing I need now is for the EF4 turbo to arrive in the mail. Pulling for my local UPS guys to surprise me!

You didn't buy the full kit, did you? I replicate it for $130 total, as compared to their $250..

No, my friend. I purchased just the filter. Grand total was less than $70 shipped.

Good man. Just looking out. I got the rest of the kit pre-made from JNZ Tuning.

I had no idea that JNZ made those kits. I am pretty particular and applying lessons learned when it comes down to proper oiling, my friend.

I completely agree. I wasn't going to run the -4an feed kit, but Paul offered to replicate the kit with all high quality line and fittings for literally half of what FP charges, complete with crush washers, bolts, etc.

I have the part numbers for the kit, so if you're interested in going that route I could just send you my invoice! If you want, shoot me a PM.

Good luck with everything else!

That sounds pretty good, my friend. Although I am pretty content with this particular direction, I am a sponge for new infomation that I could potentially share with other EVO members I know that want to do an economical build. My email address is: levar.wilson1977@gmail.com.

Very true, my friend. I would laugh at anyone that tried to compare the EF4 to the BBK Full as they are in different categories aside from being stock-framed turbos.

I cannot wait to have everything finally finished up.
