Tim's Evo X
Picked it up yesterday! It's tuned to 20psi right now, the wastegate and blowoff valves are put to work. Definitely a lot more air coming in with the bigger intake and turbo. Going to put 500-1000 miles on it and bring it back for Ron to work his magic and see what we can get out of it.
I put about 100 miles on last night. Really liking the clutch for driving around... super smooth.
Ron sent over a bunch more pictures too.

230 miles on it so far. Running great on the break-in tune, and the exedy twin is way better for driveability than the comp stage 3 that was in there.
My fuel return line wants to pop off at the pump bucket again, going to take the bucket out and check that little filter / possibly do the drill mod (5/64?).

Thanks!
Pulled fuel pump bucket out, cleaned the little return line filter, and drilled the siphon piece to 5/64. Seems to have solved the high return line pressure as others have said. Also changed the oil again @ 300 miles on the new build, and put another 100 on.. running great!

Briefly thought I might have to sell the car to fund a move (sell one house that's worth less than we owe (yay 2007 mortgages), plus down payment for another...), but money is sorted and the car isn't going anywhere
Break-in miles went slow as I got busy with work and our 11 month old son (just realized he turns 1 in exactly a month, damn that went fast), but I finally got it back to RS for retuning this past Thursday.
I don't have dyno graphs yet, but Ron got 444/369 on his mustang dyno before running out of fuel, @ 27 psi tapering to 26 @ 7500 (no cams/springs, so we're not revving super high even though the power is still going up...). I posted on our local forum and another member there had a KB BAP he wasn't using, and dropped it off at RS for me (thanks Shawn!!). RS is going to wire that in and see what we can get out of it.
Also ordered up some 225/45/18 WS70 blizzaks for the stock wheels. I have run LM25 blizzaks on our A4 for the past 4 winters and love them, but the WS70s are about $60/tire cheaper than the LM60s, and I'm curious if they work much better than the LM25/LM60 style in heavy snow or ice anyway.

Ok, final numbers are 454/388 on a mustang dyno, running e70 and tuned rich enough to be good once they switch back to e85 summer mix. She moves!
This is a comparison to my stock turbo/stock block tune. Lost 500rpm spool, gained a ton of power up top.

Blizzaks are mounted and on the car... we had a snowstorm earlier this week... lots of fun driving in the fresh snow on backroads. This thing is almost more fun in the winter than it is in the summer.

Also swapped my trunk w/ SSS wing with a local WW MR trunk w/ lip, and picked up a set of newer style black housing taillights. MR badge will come off next time I detail it thoroughly.

Now to wire my AEM Analog AFR into the rear O2 yellow wire for logging. I don't have the serial output, so it should be fun making an evoscan formula that matches what the gauge reads.
