Removed the motor from the car yesterday and disassembled the block. Once my parts arrive today or tomorrow i'll drop it off at the machine shop.

The head was shipped to Curt Brown Saturday. Should have that back within 10 days.

Going to clean up this engine bay nicely and repaint it i'm pretty sure.

Found a bent rod on cylinder #3.... LOL (the one on the right). This cylinder had 25% leak down loss where the others were 3-5%. The piston/rings/wall were perfect and the head looked good as well.

Cluster fu** of parts lol

Thanks B.J. I am surprised as well lol. The discs probably need a rebuild by looking I would say, don't have a MIC to spec them yet. I'm going to be selling it soon so I can buy the QM in a few weeks

I had those same exact pistons and the description makes me laugh. Anyone else find it humorous? I am a nerd so I don't expect others to see the funny.

Are those the headstuds for a Evo or a 1g? If they are for a 1g make sure your machine shop taps the head and block to make them fit. Progress is lookin good

That and it says 4G64 but it is a 85.5mm bore. That is smaller than a 64 bore. So unless you sleeve the block they will not work in one.
