Thanks mods for moving this, I have been a member here for 6 years and honestly didnt even know there was a build thread... lol anyways bump for pics up and just by chance my 300th post on here. A lot more reading than writing....

Let me say rusty rear sway bar end links suck! Hahaha. But I got the freaking Perrin sway bar in. I whatoilfield have saved time by cutting the end links off diduee to the rust. Noit the links are 70 bucks each and out of stock. I got the rear axles in and got some other parts ordered up. I am waiting for a few misc gaskets and parts to do the Big things like engine and transmission. Suspension and brakes will be done tomorrow. I will take pics.

I got a bastard of an ear infection! Didn't get a thing done today. Tomorrow is going to be a double shift!

The good pics will be tomorrow. The motor is ready to get pushed up in there. Then comes all the pretty stuff like turbo and intercooler! Chris has a heck of a car! I am jealous because BBY is my favorite color and this car hasoonly 35k on it. My junk is pink! Hahaha.

After some hold up trying to get some one to do some welding things should start moving along again.


Look for another update next weekend as more of the car goes together.

 

Bringing back the thread, things kinda came to a halt for a while but we are moving again. Ordered some misc parts for the build, waiting on new seals from STM to send the Brembo's, valve cover, and mini battery tray to Justin at Detective Coating. Looking for a COP system right now and waiting for the double pumper from BR to come in.

 

I am on it with the cop from SpoolinUp. He is going to do the custom wiring we were speaking of. Looks good on that front.
