You can still yank it manually instead of being air shifted. You can also use it with a clutch. It just prevents 2-3-2 shifts. I think it also go front and back it just can't go in the wrong gear. I don't believe it makes it like an xtrac or liberty trans.

That makes sense. That explains how the tires stayed on if that picture from last year where the car was sideways in the burnout box and the tire was basically rolled under the wheel

The shifter moves in two directions. Forward and back. It makes it just like a dirt bike. That is not rowing the gears, that's just pulling the stick in one direction down the track.

and yes you can use a clutch or stock gearset if desired.

Personally my vote is for air shifted dogbox with a converter. :-D but emery wants that h gate

It's a work in progress and looks like a bomb went off... but it's going to be dead sexy! Well... in an anorexic model kinda way

Negative. The objective is to lose weight, not gain it.

I highly doubt painting the cf doors would add much weight. It would still weigh significantly less then the OEM doors.

it actually does. hold a paint can. now consider to do it right you need primer, base, and clear. my guess ''if he was using rattle cans'' would be about 3 of each. weigh 9 cans of spray paint before and after the job is done. that is adding a lot of weight. granted i can bet Emery would have a body shop do this correctly but it gives you an idea of weight.

i seriously have issues.

No issues. You are 100% right. Paint is not light at all.

The doors fit decent as you would think for carbon. Not perfect but with a bit of work they are not horrible.

The lexan kits are due in sometime next week. I will have two sets ready to ship then. If you are interested in one please give us a call and get in on the first couple sets as making more will be at least a few weeks out.
