This is an outstanding build - beautiful work guys, can't wait to hear how it goes this weekend (I have to wait until Saturday NZ time to hear results, silly old time zones)

 

Sorry guys, a few days before the shootout, I've been locked in the shop trying to catch up on stuff. So the RS made 947 HP, 650 TQ. It's screaming! LOL, first pull was 500 HP! Did a "test run" in the driveway I think we are good to go at this point. A few little final touches, just waiting on the carbon sheet for the giant hole in the backside to finish drying (sanded and matte-glossed to match the rest of the dry-look) and rivet it in. The trailer is clean and ready. And we are all looking forward to seeing it at the track!!

We wanted to wait till after the shootout for a whole engine shot, but the boss says "GO!"
