S.Brewer's "Project Anti Rally Car" build. For the purists
Ok guys about 5 or 6 months ago I bought a nice looking 2006 apex silver MR SE. had a carbon oem style hood. Good bit of bolt ons. Tien springs. Painted black roof and mirrors. And black wheels. 71k miles and I got it for a steal. It is my 2nd evo. My first was a 768 awhp GG 06 MR also. Here is a pic of it in Chattanooga with my lexus when I went to go get it.
A couple months or so in I painted my wheels white to try that out. I ended up loving it. I had been fixing little issues with it up until this point. This was about the time I figured I needed some real wheels. So I started looking.
Then I figured it was time to **** some people off. And go a route I was thinking about going long before I ever owned and evo. Tires that don't fit the wheels they are on. And wheels that don't fit the car. I am about to take a perfectly good car and **** it all up and can't wait. The very car I am doing this to is never tracked, never pushed to its limits, and never driven hard. So isn't that a waste of what you people call a "rally car"? If not then I'm really gonna waste it. I found some 18x10.5/11" ccw wheels. Slapped 225/40-18 tires on all around. And have the lowest coil overs on the market in the box waiting to go on. (Broadway static).
This was a test fit before tires. Gonna camber the hell out of the rears. And pull the quarters. Can't wait to F this car all up!
I will try to keep this thread updated as much as possible. This one's for the purists.

The tune that is on this car is rock solid... honestly I feel that some people just don't want to look out of the box. That's fine tho. Cause I'm sick of blending in with a barely lowered, stock wheel, looks like every other evo out there, evo. This is all being done for me and nobody else. Main reason I am even documenting this is pretty much for people who don't like it to see. As I will be updating. And I daily the car. And it will be safe. It's completely reversible if I ever want to change anything or sell the car. And it will show that it's jot a death trap. I'm not making this build thread for my own pleasure. I want ALL the purists to see it.
