If you guys routinely turn out evos with the same setup hitting 27lbs then I don't know why mine isn't doing the same.

That turbo isn't even really breathing at 24PSI... turn it up to 26-27ish and get it tuned and I am sure you will be much happier...

But do you think it was left where it is for safety and reliability reasons? That's the only thing I can figure...

truth and from experience i would highly suggest checking to make sure since you have ID1000 injectors that are Hi-z that your factory injector resistor was deleted as I have seen 4 cars come in just like yours with the resistor still plugged up causing "issues" when they were tuned

I bypassed the resistor on the firewall myself before I installed the injectors.

I did a few pulls today, it hits 24 and tapers to 23 and holds it...

I want to research and find other evo's out there like mine with the same mods and see what they made for reference.

If anyone already knows someone or a link to a build or anything similar to mine feel free to drop it here!

Caught word from my tuner. He tuned on the safe side, because this is the range where it can be a little dangerous if you get a bad tank.

Evos like boost if you limit timing on pump gas. Guys are running 24 or 25 pounds out here on 91. That turbo should be able to handle more than 23 pounds on 93.
