I currently own a 05' Evo vii, that right now i regret buying. At the time I was 20 and was shown this car to buy because it was built (2.3 stroker) and at the time one of the faster cars in town and was my dream car. So I purchased it in a rush and didn't give the car a thorough look though. I noticed 3rd was hard to engage but after I bought it , it got worse. After that my rear diff blew, fixed that then something let go in the topend. So here i am, over a year later and only been able to drive it maybe 3 months. It's been on the back burner since I have since I moved north for work bought a house and have a little one on the way!! Sorry for the long winded post but here comes the good !!!
I have finally got the car up north and ready to find out what let loose inside the motor and get it rebuilt. I'm letting a shop in Iowa tear into the motor and head to get it back running then I'll be installing the rest. I have read thread after thread preparing myself getting all the info I can.
This is was what was done to it before I bought it:
9:1 pistons...I forget brand 2.3l
Turbo tuff I beam rods
272 cams
2.3 stroker crank (oem 100mm)
Evo 9 turbo
Stainless O2 dump
Grim speed boost controller
Ported exhaust manifold
Forged motorsport bov
Stg 3 act 6 puck clutch
Walbro 255
Since I bought it I replaced the heater core and put in a TRE max lock rear diff.

I'm shooting for around 7ish-800 at the tire and wanting to keep it 40psi or below. It's not gonna be a complete DD but to be capable.( you know what I mean).

So far this is what I got for my partslist, some stuff might change and feel free to direct me in the right direction!!

BR ported intake
BR 65mm throttle body
ETS 3in inter cooler kit (3in upper short route and short route lower.)
Mini battery
Precision 6466 t4 divided
Sheeply built FF T/S manifold
O2 dump under
Bov? Size and brand
WG? Size and brand
Spoolin up COP
FIC 2150 injectors (will be going e85)
Sending the tranny to TRE for a rebuild.
And looking at a quartermaster 8leg
I am also gonna replace:
Front cover, oil pump, gasket kits, new oil cooler, head studs, timing belt, timing belt tensioner, water pump.

Sorry again for the long post just excited but nervous to get the ball rolling!

Thinking about just getting a JMF twinscroll manifold and not sure if I should do 1.0 or 1.15 on the 6466?

Nice build!
At minimum you will need a BR double pumper for fuel.
Since you have twin wastegates 38mm are fine.
50mm Tial BOV, the new high flow design is what I have. They say good for 1000hp single turbo.

Are you running the 1.0 or 1.15 hot side on that precision?

Gonna be running a 1.0 a/r. Since I have a stroker motor, running a 1.0 should hit boost pretty fast! Work has slowed the build down a bit and I picked up another turbo project lol
