e_kobz:
No O2 dumps for now. Trying to keep the noise to a minimum. It has an invidia 02 with a custom flange on a Buschur downpipe....something like 2.9-3 inches at the flange.

Boost Demon:
It's going to be tuned on both 93 and E85.

What kind of numbers did you get? How does it drive? Pump or E85?

Yeah the rebuilds take much longer in the summer. I did mine in the winter and it didn't take long at all. I bought a used green though so they didn't have to do much to it except put all the up-to-date goodies in it.

What's your mod list?

2.0LR built engine 9.2 compression, M2 cosworth cams, full race exhaust manifold, ported intake and will run on 93 gas at around 28-30 psi on daily use.

Why?

OP: I had the same turbo on a stock longblock, S1 cams, Titek O2, and 3" TBE. I was seeing 20psi at 3600RPM, or so. It was awesome until it gave up the ghost after 1500mi.

I've been following your builds. How many turbos setups have you had?

The GSC S2s should help out. Everything is ported too except the head which I just had refreshed. I've got plenty of fuel (really too much on 93). We'll see how she does. I'm hoping for good results.
