Bought an Evo 8 MR that had a few track days but I thought it was too good for just the track so I bought it. I nearly have it back up to scratch except the a/c. Hoping some of you that know these inside and out could give me some insite. I have no problem with anything under the hood. My main one is I have the main heater core still under the dash will post pic of what’s there. Next you guys might no will the rest of the bits I need can I source from a ch lancer. Like air ducts and blower motor. I’ll also send a pic of the engine bay as I have it now to see if you guys can think of what way I can run a condenser. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

 

did you took it to a professional to analyze it before buying ?

 

No but I’m pretty mechanically minded have brought to an Evo specialist after I have done all my work and everything is good apart from my fuel lines as I’m running dedicated e85 so have all new ptfe -6 AN lines and fittings + new fuel rail and FPR to go in when I get back from work in two weeks. But when I brought the car to them it was winter and didn’t really care about a/c until now that I am sweating ***** during the day now lol
also cost it my things if I can do it myself I will just takes time and some people with the know how of the a/c to help out 👍🏼
