You doing the 5pm to dusk thing? I don't know if there's anything special to know... just know your limits and don't push harder than you can handle. I met some friends there a few weeks ago... and a Porsche smacked the wall along the main straight. He was driving beyond his limits.

I heard there was a EVO track day last monday (at mosport)? What group organized that?

^ monday wasnt an EVO track day @ Mosport. It was a general track day by Kansai-Racing and some evos were there.

And Lanny, that wall isn't easy to hit. The guy driving hit it much after the turn.

This is a pic after he just kissed the wall (sorry for the big picture - too lazy to resize):

The Silver Carrera4 and GT3 Rs both lost it at 8 one on the inside one on outside chasing a blue EVO.

What I don't understand is... how did that black porsche get damaged on both sides of the car if he hit a wall??? I pretty much arrived right after it happened.

If you guys want EVO's... but the X's are out of your price range... why not get an 8 or 9? There's some that always turn up on Autotrader in the mid to high $20,000's. There also seems to be a lot in Quebec and Alberta for some reason.

You are one lucky S.O.B. Was the silver Porsche driveable? And what happened to the red GT3?
