Stock turbo on fully built Evo

Hey I have a question ,
the truth is I’m a Evo noob, I love evos to death but this is my first one & the first one I got was already built , it was a steal , the car is built for a 6766 FF turbo and it has every mod needed , literally . So my question here is can I put a stock turbo ? Or maybe near stock ? Without ruining the car since it’s meant for more? It has 2150cc injectors, radium double pumper with 2 Walbro 450s , gscs2 cams , would these things make it better or worse ? The car isn’t running yet but my goal is to just have a car that I can drive and not worry so much about police ( since it did have the hood exit ) & I want it as reliable as possible . I also want to experience having a “ stock “ evo as much as I can I want to build it to my liking even though it built .
Please let me know , appreciate it !

is it stock compression?. I have a 2.2l with a 71hta, which is only a slight upgrade over a evo9 stock turbo. 1800cc injectors. I came from 1100cc so I was a tad worried its wont idle right. best to speak to whoever is going to tune it

Won't a single 450 max out a stock-ish turbo? That said, are 2150's way overkill for a stock-ish turbo?
More power, more problems?
